Who Is This Program For?

This program is suitable for small businesses to large enterprises. We can deliver it as a standalone activity or as part of a broader, integrated wellbeing program.

If you’re interested in understanding more about the role of exercise in improving health and performance, this program is for you.

Leaders & Business Owners

Ensuring your people have access to the latest research and tools to support their health is an increasingly important aspect of the employee experience expected in today’s companies.

While gym discounts and fruit bowls are nice perks, we need to go beyond these to genuinely support people’s psychological and physical wellbeing. With fatigue, exhaustion, and burnout becoming common symptoms of modern working life, understanding the role of exercise and nutrition on an individual's wellbeing and performance is a great place to start.

You can implement this course as a standalone activity with a group of up to 50 people to evaluate its benefits.

Employees

We are continuously flooded with advice on what is the best fitness routine and diet for better health, but most of us are still not reaching our optimal health goals.

Learning practical tools to implement proven techniques of a healthy lifestyle will not only make you feel your best but will also contribute to improved cognitive and physical performance as well as reduce your risk of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

This program provides you and your colleagues with the knowledge and tools to improve your health habits in a supportive group environment.

Program Experts

This program includes live sessions with our Good Mood Dudes health experts to give you the opportunity to ask questions, clarify understanding and support behaviour change.
